Phoenix Casino offers two versions of blackjack:
Pure 21.5 Blackjack ("Vegas Style")
The Object of the game is to form a hand whose value is greater than that of the Player/Dealer's hand without exceeding a "natural". A natural hand consists of a blackjack (Ace and a face card).
52 cards per deck, no jokers, nothing wild.
Natural Blackjack pays 6 to 5 -- Insurance pays 2 to 1.
Player double down on any two cards, double after split, or double for less.
Player may surrender for half his bet.
Aces may be split only once, and recieve one card.

The shoe contains one joker per deck. A joker makes any hand count 21. The Object of the game is to form a hand whose value is greater than that of the Player/Dealer's hand without exceeding a "natural". A Natural hand consists of two Jokers or Joker/Ace. A Natural hand beats a 21. You do not bust if you go over 21. Players that bust will push their wager when the Player/Dealers hand busts higher.
Players also have the option of splitting pairs, doubling down, and surrendering bets. When player has Joker/Joker or Joker/Ace they are paid 2 to 1.
